Aglaonema Cocomelon - one of the rarest Aglaonema’s, the Cocomelon boasts rosy pink midribs and variegation across the gigantic jade leaves and produces fantastic spathe flowers. Watering: Soil should be kept moist but not soggy. Allow to dry out in between waterings. If soil is dry 2 inches down, it’s time to water. Reduce frequency of watering during winter when plants are semi-dormant.
Humidity: Aglaonema would prefer higher humidity but do well to adapt to average home humidity. You can increase humidity by placing the plant on a watered pebble tray or using a humidifier. This Plants can also be kept in a more humid room such as a bathroom or kitchen.
Light: Provide low to bright indirect light. Varieties with darker green leaves can tolerate dimmer conditions, while those with light or colorful variegation require brighter light to retain their colors and patterns. Avoid placing plants in direct sunlight, which can cause leaf burn.
Temperature : Ideal temperatures range between 65 to 80 degrees F. Temperatures below 60 degrees F can cause cold damage. Keep plants away from drafts and heater vents.
Origin: The Aglaonema originates from East Asia, mainly Thailand, Indonesia and Malaysia
Toxicity: Considered mildly toxic. Keep away from pets and children.
