Shipping policy

 

If all of your order is fully in stock we usually aim to take processing time of 1-2 working days before the dispatch (please note: we are closed weekends and bank holidays).

We will send you a shipping confirmation email along with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. If you haven't received your order confirmation, please ensure to check your spam folder.

The expected delivery date for your order will be shown at the checkout and upon receipt of your order confirmation.

If there is a large quantity of orders, we will take 2 full days as processing time.

For all orders placed after 13:00, the processing time of 1-2 days will be counted from the next working day.( Orders made from Wednesday  afternoon onwards might be dispatched the following Monday) In order not to post on Fridays, we also reserve the right to avoid transporting plants on the weekend to protect the plants health.

We do ask for your understanding when it comes to dispatch timescales. Plants are living organisms that perish unless treated appropriately. If weather conditions are not suitable for transport by our growers or ourselves, we may need to delay dispatch so that you receive your plants in the best condition possible. Please note: in order to protect plant health, we also reserve the right to avoid plants being in transit over the weekend if weather conditions are unsuitable. 

Majority of orders paid before 1pm (monday-thursday) will be shipped at the same day (excluding bank holidays).

We only use express 24h delivery service to make sure Your goods will remain in great condition.

We use a 24-hour shipping method, which is currently our only available shipping option.

24- hour shipping method is not same as Next Day delivery guaranteed. Once your order is collected and scanned by the carrier, your parcel should be delivered within 24 hours, provided there are no unexpected delays on their end.

We work with a diverse range of carriers, including Evri, DPD, Royal Mail, and Parcel Force. The selection of a specific carrier varies depending on the nature of each individual order. This gives us the flexibility to choose the most suitable carrier based on the weight of the orders, enabling us to offer competitive and affordable shipping prices.

Relying solely on one carrier can be risky, as any disruptions or issues with that carrier could potentially disrupt the smooth flow of shipping. To mitigate such risks, we have established multiple carriers as backup options. This redundancy ensures that all shipments will be promptly dispatched, even if one carrier encounters difficulties.

By utilizing a network of carriers, we prioritize efficiency and reliability in our shipping process. Our goal is to provide our valued customers with a seamless and hassle-free experience, ensuring their orders reach them swiftly and securely.

Delivery and Proof of Delivery Policy:

When an order is marked as delivered and accompanied by a photo serving as proof of delivery, we consider the order to have been received successfully. At this point, we relinquish control over the package and are unable to facilitate refunds for such situations.

Wrong Delivery Details Provided or Missing Address:

We do not assume responsibility for incorrect delivery addresses provided. If your parcel cannot be delivered due to an inaccurate address, and delivery attempts have been made three times, you will not qualify for a refund from our side.

Nevertheless, we will make every possible effort to contact you using the email or phone number provided in your order to attempt to resolve the issue and ensure the successful delivery of your order. It is crucial to monitor your tracking number while your parcel is in transit to avoid encountering this situation.

Delivery Instructions:

When placing an order, you have the option to ensure precise delivery to your desired location. You can achieve this by utilizing the provided tracking number to specify that the package must exclusively be left at your designated destination throughout its transit. You have the flexibility to refrain from permitting the parcel to be placed elsewhere or to choose a secure spot for its placement.

If you do not configure this option and delivery instructions are absent, delivery companies may opt to leave the parcel at a location they deem secure, even if it is not your preferred spot. Regrettably, in scenarios where a photograph is presented as evidence of successful delivery and it is noted that delivery instructions were not established while the parcel was in transit, we reserve the right to decline any associated claims.

Undelivered or Invalid Order Tracking Policy:

In the event that your order tracking number indicates non-delivery or validation issues with your parcel, rest assured that we are committed to promptly initiating an investigation. Our goal is to rectify the situation promptly and guarantee that you will be provided with either a replacement or a refund as appropriate. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are dedicated to resolving such matters with efficiency and care.

Stolen Parcel Policy:

In the unfortunate event that your parcel is stolen, we are here to offer our assistance. However, please be aware that if you haven't designated a secure delivery location or chosen to receive the parcel in person when you receive your tracking number, we are unable to assume responsibility for claiming your stolen parcel.

To ensure a smoother process and enhance the protection of your deliveries, we strongly recommend taking advantage of the opportunity to set up a secure delivery spot or select personal receipt of the parcel. You can establish these preferences at any point while your parcel is still in transit and as soon as you receive your tracking number. This proactive approach is designed to thwart theft and simplify the procedures for making any required claims.

Additional Information:

In cases where theft has occurred, any supplementary evidence you can provide holds significant value. If you possess CCTV footage from your property or your neighbors' premises that captures the incident, this information can substantially aid our efforts. With such details readily available, we can collaborate with local authorities to initiate appropriate actions, thereby heightening the prospects of recovering the stolen parcel. We don't post on fridays,  there is too much of an risk for Your plants to get stuck in the warehouses over the weekend.

Plants Sizing: 

The pot sizes listed are the size of the nursery pot the plant comes in, we would recommend purchasing a decorative pot about 2cm larger. Heights listed of plants are approximate, plants are a product of nature so exact measurements are not guaranteed. Please use this sizing as a guide and allow a discrepancy of 3-5 cm each way.

We do ask for your understanding that plant sizes are approximate and are provided for indicative purposes only. It is inevitable that variations in size, shape and colour will occur between different specimens and whilst we make every effort to ensure that all plants supplied are at the size range indicated, occasionally plants may be under or over the size selected.

Please note: plant heights quoted include the plant stem and length of the foliage, plus the depth of the grow pot, i.e. including the root system, not just the plant above soil level.
