Mammillaria Spinosissima Crested with terracotta pot, also known as Brain Cactus It is a slow-growing plant, however, it is easy to cultivate.

It is highly appreciated by cactus lovers for its crested shape, that makes each plant’s shape unique.

It’s green stem is covered with multiple spines, ranging from white to brown. The crested forms of Mammillarias, unlike those of other families, sometimes give us the particularity of flowering along the crest arch.

Light: It likes an exposure to full sun in rather airy locations.

Watering: Water moderately but only when the soil is completely dry. It is enough to water it once a week in spring and summer, reduce watering to once every two months in autumn, and to suspend it completely in winter.
