Euphorbia Erytrea also known as Cowboy Cactus is an impressive presentation of living architecture.

The Euphorbia erythraea, is commonly known as the "Cowboy Cactus." However, it's important to note that the Cowboy Cactus is not a true cactus but rather a succulent plant that belongs to the Euphorbiaceae family. Its common names also include "African Milk Tree" or "Candelabra Tree."

This succulent has a tree-like growth habit, with a thick, fleshy stem that branches out into multiple arms resembling a candelabra.

The stems are bluish-green or greenish-gray in color and have prominent spines along their edges.

It can reach a considerable height, sometimes exceeding 6 feet (2 meters) in optimal conditions.

PLEASE NOTE: Skin
imperfections are a natural defense mechanism of the plant and can occur for several reasons, including age, transportation, or environmental factors.

Light: Euphorbia erytrea needs lots of bright light. Direct sunlight is fine and can often be beneficial, but take care to ensure this does not scorch the plant.

Watering: Allow the soil of your cactus to dry out before watering. Do not overwater as this can lead to waterlogged roots and rot. Drought tolerant for short periods.

Temperature:The Desert Cactus prefers reasonably warm conditions, ideally from 10-27°C. Keep out of draughts as these can create undesirable temperature fluctuations.

Humidity: This plant will thrive in higher humidity locations, but can tolerate normal room humidity.

Toxicity: The sap is poisonous and an irritant. Avoid getting into your eyes or mouth and handle with care.

Origin: Euphorbia erytrea is native to South Africa.
